Cultivating Autumn 2023 is coming in PRINT!

For the first time, Cultivating will be available for you to enjoy in PRINT and digital forms as well as our signature online release!

The long awaited print copy of Cultivating is just about to arrive right to our doorsteps and into our hands! This is a  limited print edition, full-colour, 8.5×11 magazine running around 160 pages of Cultivating Autumn 2023 ~ Embodying! It is glorious! This coffee-table and library worthy magazine is a feast of beauty, and exactly what you would expect from The Cultivating Project. We introduce 15 columns written by seasoned Cultivating writers, as well as essays, prayers, poetry, sumptuous recipes, and reading recommendations from our fellowship of makers. And of course, the exquisite photography and illustrations that have always been a hallmark of Cultivating. This edition is a labour of love by all the hands involved in its making and it will be something to collect and cherish.

Lancia E. Smith is an author, photographer, business owner, and publisher. She is the founder and publisher of Cultivating Oaks Press, LLC, and the Executive Director of The Cultivating Project, the fellowship who create content for Cultivating Magazine. She has been honoured to serve in executive management, church leadership, school boards, and Art & Faith organizations over 35 years.

Now empty nesters, Lancia & her husband Peter make their home in the Black Forest of Colorado, keeping company with 200 Ponderosa Pine trees,  a herd of mule deer, an ever expanding library, and two beautiful black cats. Lancia loves land reclamation, website and print design, beautiful typography, road trips, being read aloud to by Peter, and cherishes the works of C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and George MacDonald. She lives with daily wonder of the mercies of the Triune God and constant gratitude for the beloved company of Cultivators.
