Cultivating 2025 Desk Calendars!

The gorgeous LIMITED EDITION Cultivating 2025 Desk Calendar is designed and being sent to our printer this month.  Our 6″x8″ calendar pages are produced on matte photographic card stock and come with their own wooden base. They beautifully reflect the seasons we are given as we live into the months ahead and offer a single word to focus on for each of the four seasons – the same words that our Cultivating Fellowship will be working with throughout the year.

NOTE: This year I am doing something a little different for our calendars. I am offering a compact window of time to order this limited edition work of love in order to get shipping completed before Thanksgiving.  I know that might feel restrictive but it is necessary for me to able to serve you well while also taking care of myself and family.  Every year since I first started offering the calendars outside of the Cultivating Fellowship members and my own family, I have worked straight through the holidays to complete fulfillment and shipping. When I say that this is a labour of love, I do mean that. It is a practice driven by love. I love to share these beloved works of art from my heart to yours. I am grateful to do this annual ritual of sharing the marking of time with you, yet I am also grateful to be able to choose a season of rest, too.

One thing I have learned living in the mountains these past few years, by December our roads are not always passable; at best they are unpredictable. As a kindly gesture of reclaiming some of the joy of the season, I need to have all of our shipping lovingly winging its way to its recipients by Friday evening, November 22, 2024. This will allow me to enter into the season I deeply love ~ Thanksgiving to New Years ~ with a full and peaceful heart and able to be present in it with my husband and our sweet community here.  I deeply appreciate your encouragement, support, and understanding! 

I am looking forward to 2025 in all kinds of ways and I am praying that you do, too. Cultivating has so much beauty in the development right now to be shared with you in this coming year.

Lancia E. Smith is an author, photographer, business owner, and publisher. She is the founder and publisher of Cultivating Oaks Press, LLC, and the Executive Director of The Cultivating Project, the fellowship who create content for Cultivating Magazine. She has been honoured to serve in executive management, church leadership, school boards, and Art & Faith organizations over 35 years.

Now empty nesters, Lancia & her husband Peter make their home in the Black Forest of Colorado, keeping company with 200 Ponderosa Pine trees,  a herd of mule deer, an ever expanding library, and two beautiful black cats. Lancia loves land reclamation, website and print design, beautiful typography, road trips, being read aloud to by Peter, and cherishes the works of C.S. Lewis, J.R.R. Tolkien, and George MacDonald. She lives with daily wonder of the mercies of the Triune God and constant gratitude for the beloved company of Cultivators.
